Broadhead names Tony Booth Senior Vice President, Creative Operations

Broadhead, a leading independent marketing agency, today announced the addition of Tony Booth as senior vice president, creative operations.

Booth will lead the integration of creative talent with business strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration between the agency’s creative, account service, public relations and strategy teams. His leadership will focus on resource orchestration, operational excellence and AI integration, helping to drive breakthrough work for clients across broadhead’s national portfolio.

He brings more than two decades of experience in creative operations and integrated production. Over the course of his career, Booth has led award-winning work for brands across categories including food and beverage, automotive, technology products and consumer packaged goods. Most recently, he served as EVP, creative operations director at Leo Burnett, where he was responsible for overseeing the full delivery ecosystem and operationalizing creative vision at scale. Prior to that, he held leadership positions at Havas Creative, MullenLowe, Y&R Brands and DDB.

He will also consult on large-scale production and activation efforts, while evolving operational frameworks that support agility and speed-to-market.
