The Account Service Intern is a natural leader, impeccable multitasker, and juggler of projects. If you consider yourself to be very organized, excited by details, and flourish when adapting on the fly, this may be the position for you! We’re looking for a talented and well-rounded aspiring ad agency professional. As an Account Service Intern, you’ll provide support to our account team while learning about the advertising and marketing business. Your ambitious attitude will have team members seeking you out to assist with account support.

What you’ll do:

  • Sit in on client meetings and assist in building meaningful client relationships.
  • Provide support to a variety of teams throughout the agency.
  • Assist in providing clarity, direction, and updates on projects.
  • Contribute to work getting moved through the agency process.

Your ambitious attitude will have team members seeking you out to assist with media support. You have a strong attention to detail, a broad understanding of media channels and vehicles, and a knack for organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the media team to assist with media buying and media planning projects.
  • Analyze media performance and use various tools to help determine the best ways to reach the target audience.
  • Begin to develop media knowledge base in preparation for media research responsibilities that include evaluating media research data; developing points of view; understanding various media channels and their applications against client strategies/goals.
  • Maintain performance benchmarks for clients at agency to assist with campaign performance predictions.
  • Update media flowcharts as client feedback is received.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Public Relations Intern is the first to raise their hand with unique ways to position clients in the best light. They're also no stranger to picking up the phone and making connections.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop media lists and build relationships with media.
  • Assist with multi-media news releases, pitches and even some event coordinating.
  • Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to inform content development for clients to be used in digital and print formats.
  • Assist with earned media executions to build branding for clients.
  • Identify influencers that reach clients’ audiences and ideate collaboration opportunities.
  • Lead media relations monitoring and reporting for clients including digital and print media; support the client and agency efforts by performing research activities.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling concepts and thoughtful copy for our clients.
  • Shapeshift tone and voices to adapt and align copy to each individual brand.
  • Craft, edit, and proof copy in various formats and styles ranging from traditional to social media.
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative creative work while supporting established brand strategies.

  • Work with a variety of mediums on projects from print to digital executions.

Our Project Manager Intern will provide support in driving work through the agency from inception to final delivery. The Project Manager Intern is an impeccable multitasker and juggler of projects. We’re looking for someone who can rally a team while being extremely organized, deadline-conscious, and detail-oriented. As the Project Manager Intern, you’ll provide support to your team while learning about the advertising and marketing business. Your ambitious attitude will have team members seeking you out to assist with PM support.

What you’ll do:

  • Liaise between agency team members on assigned projects, becoming a champion of each step of the process.
  • Communicate across disciplines to ensure key members are kept current on project status.
  • Become a super-user of our project management software system, Workfront.
  • Maintain the current status of projects, including:
    • Timeline management
    • Facilitate movement from one process step to the next
    • Manage approval process
    • Coordinate and communicate with production partners
    • Manage a detailed and organized history of each project
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
