A talented aspiring creative professional. A conceptual thinker and flawless executor of your craft. The Art Director/Designer Intern can transform a blank page into a compelling visual. You will work to create ideas for our clients that are anything but ordinary. Website design, print collateral, email design, the next great digital campaign - you can do it all. Show us your portfolio of work and ideas. Extra points if you have animation skills.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the creative team on a wide variety of projects, specifically in conceptualizing innovative print and digital design for clients, to support brand strategy
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative creative work for clients to support their brand’s strategy
  • Attend and participate in internal meetings, presentations and brainstorming sessions as directed
  • Maintain consistency of brand image throughout all creative deliverables
  • Perform other duties as assigned

You partner with other creatives and team members to ensure communication initiatives are on strategy and on brand. You will work to create ideas for our clients that are anything but ordinary. Writing ads for digital, print, video, or even a radio script – you’re hungry to do it all. Show us your portfolio of work and ideas.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the creative team on a wide variety of projects
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative creative work for clients to support their brand’s strategy
  • Attend and participate in internal meetings, presentations and brainstorming sessions as directed
  • Maintain consistency of brand voice and messaging throughout all creative deliverables

A talented and well-rounded aspiring ad agency professional. As an Account Service intern, you’ll provide support to our account team while learning about the advertising and marketing business. Your ambitious attitude will have team members seeking you out to assist with account support. You have a “can do” attitude and excellent people and time management skills.

What you’ll do:

  • An awareness that no day is the same: you’ll be estimating projects, setting up meetings, assisting with routing layouts, internal reviews and working on projects of all mediums
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions
  • Help with miscellaneous jobs that allow us to do meaningful work for our clients
  • Facilitate the distribution of client and agency marketing materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:

A talented, aspiring communications professional. Your ambitious, can-do attitude will have team members seeking you out to assist across client programming and agency projects. The Public Relations Intern will assist our teams in a variety of duties. Agriculture background is helpful.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with the development of media lists and distribution of multi-media news releases for client teams
  • Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to inform content development for clients to be used in digital and print formats
  • Participate in client meetings, client presentations, media training sessions, and programming brainstorming sessions as directed
  • Lead media relations monitoring and reporting for clients including digital and print media; support the client and agency efforts by performing research activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions
  • Support the Strategy team in creating briefings and executing other account planning work
