Minnesota’s largest independent agency returns to the office in newly renovated Internet Exchange Building

broadhead, the largest independent, full-service marketing agency in Minnesota, has opened a new headquarters in Minneapolis’ popular North Loop neighborhood. Based on employee feedback, broadhead has adopted a hybrid, three-day in-office model that combines the flexibility the team has come to expect while still giving employees the opportunity to collaborate in-person.

The new 33,000 square foot office occupies the top three floors of the newly renovated Internet Exchange Building (411 N. Washington Ave) and features more collaborative workspaces, a full shooting and production studio and an Ideation Studio. The office also includes a private rooftop and garden, which will be used for agency events and yoga classes in the summer.

broadhead was previously headquartered in the Colwell Building in Minneapolis’ Warehouse district since 2004, and also maintained studio and consulting operations in the former Nate’s Clothing Building at 401 N. First Avenue. The move to the Internet Exchange Building enables the agency to consolidate all of its operations under one roof.

“While many companies in Minneapolis are moving their operations remote and leaving their commercial spaces behind, we are doubling down on our commitment to this neighborhood and city,” said Dean Broadhead, chief executive officer of broadhead. “In an industry like ours, creative collaboration is essential, and we look forward to making great work together in this vibrant neighborhood.”

broadhead is committed to providing a safe and flexible work environment for its employees, following the guidance of the State of Minnesota with regards to CV-19 protocols.
