We’re excited to share that broadhead has been named a finalist in two categories at the 18th Annual Shorty Awards, recognizing standout work in digital and social storytelling.
Our shortlisted entry, “See the Sublemonal,” reflects the kind of creative ambition and strategic thinking we strive to bring to every client engagement. The campaign was designed to push beyond traditional advertising, tapping into cultural nuance, sharp storytelling, and unexpected creative to capture attention in a crowded digital landscape.
At its core, “See the Sublemonal” set out to do more than just reach an audience, it aimed to engage people in a way that felt fresh, memorable, and worth their time. By blending insight-driven strategy with bold creative execution, the work demonstrates how brands can move beyond passive impressions and into meaningful connection.
Being recognized by the Shorty Awards is especially meaningful because of what they represent. For nearly two decades, the Shortys have honored the most innovative work across digital platforms-evaluated by leaders from organizations like Google, Apple, Amazon, Meta, and Netflix. Finalists are selected not just for creativity, but for how effectively their work resonates with real audiences.
This year’s theme, “Claim Your Era,” speaks directly to the evolving role of brands and agencies in shaping culture. As Shorty Awards Managing Director Junmian Sun put it, this year’s finalists are those who have moved beyond chasing algorithms and instead are building ideas, communities, and stories that people actively choose to engage with.
We’re proud that “See the Sublemonal” stands among that work.
Recognition like this is never just about a single campaign, it’s a reflection of the collaboration, curiosity, and craft our teams and partners bring to the table every day. It reinforces our belief that when strategy and creativity are fully integrated, the result isn’t just effective marketing, it’s work that people actually care about.
Winners will be announced at the Shorty Awards ceremony on May 19 in New York City, and we’re honored to be in the running.
