Designer Intern

You are a talented aspiring creative professional with strong aesthetic and technical skills. A conceptual thinker and flawless executor of your craft. In this internship, you must be able to conceptualize, design and possibly animate graphics. The Designer Intern enjoys creating engaging, new content for a variety of platforms and can transform a blank page into a compelling visual. You will work to create ideas for our clients that are anything but ordinary. Website design, brochures, the next great digital banner – you can do it all. Show us your portfolio of work and ideas.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the creative team on a wide variety of projects, specifically in conceptualizing innovative print and digital design for clients, to support brand strategy
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative creative work for clients to support their brand’s strategy
  • Attend and participate in internal meetings, presentations and brainstorming sessions as directed
  • Maintain consistency of brand image throughout all creative deliverables
  • Assist in creating social content
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Traits for success:

  • Proven expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite; preference for Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Knowledge of Figma a plus

Added bonuses (if you’re an overachiever):

  • 3D animation – compositing video content with graphics and motion

Compensation Details:

  • This is a paid internship: $20/hour for approximately 40 hours per week in-person at our Minneapolis office
  • Interns will earn Sick and Safe Time in accruals based on hours worked
broadhead Account Intern

You’ll be an integral part of the team from the outset, attending meetings, tackling work assignments, managing multiple timelines, etc. All the things needed to be successful in the industry will be right in front of you — including a top-tier support system ready to answer any and all questions you may have at any time.
