Client Services Intern

The Client Services Intern is a key cog in our group of heroes. They use their powerful people skills to ensure each project is flowing smoothly, and is delivered on time and up to our lofty standards.

Your Mission:

  • Participate in internal meetings, presentations and brainstorming sessions as directed.
  • Help our Client Services Department with any miscellaneous jobs that will help our teams perform meaningful work for our clients.
  • Facilitate the distribution of client information/materials or the agency's marketing materials.
  • Assist with database creation, data entry, as well as updates, additions and corrections.
  • Manage vendors to successfully complete outside work including, but not limited to, printing of materials, renting of audiovisual equipment, photography, graphic arts services, supplying needed products, etc.

Copywriter Intern

As the Copywriter Intern, you're the cerebral superhero. You dispense justice with a flurry of well-timed phrases and heavy-hitting ideas. Sticks and stones don't make for a great campaign, so show us what your words can do.

Your Mission:

  • Work with the creative team on a wide variety of projects, specifically in conceptualizing innovative copy for clients, to support brand strategy.
  • Attend and participate in internal meetings, presentations and brainstorming sessions as directed.
  • Maintain consistency of brand voice and messaging throughout all communications.

Rabbit Intern

The Rabbit Intern uses the power of insight to find unique bits of strategy that make every project compelling for the target audience. You are a strategist and consumer mind reader who is always five steps ahead.

Your Mission:

  • Participate in select internal and client meetings to develop understanding of agency functions.
  • Support agency and client efforts by performing qualitative and quantitative research activities.
  • Assist agency staff with other client, business development and agency management projects as needed.

Public Relations Intern

The Public Relations Intern harnesses the power of storytelling to engage influencers, manage brand reputation and create top-notch content for a variety of platforms. You use your powers of perception to help nudge consumer feelings about our clients.

Your Mission:

  • Develop content to be used in digital and print formats.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of client information including, but not limited to, multimedia news releases, social media content, blog posts and event coordination.
  • Bring a passion for content strategy and execution across multiple channels and media types.
  • Lead the collection and reporting of PR efforts.

Digital Design Intern

The Digital Design Intern uses their otherworldly skills to transform 1's and 0's into an aesthetic masterpiece. Website design, email design, the next great digital banner - you can do it all.

Your Mission:

  • Help conceptualize and develop digital ads, user-friendly websites, microsites, email campaigns and application components, to be consistent with overall campaign components.
  • Design and develop digital assets and discuss matters such as usability, interface design and information architecture.
  • Attend and participate in internal meetings, presentations and brainstorming sessions as directed.

Engage Intern

The Engage Intern uses their powers to aid the department in all things media, digital and analytics. If you can crunch numbers for a competitive media spend report in the blink of an eye or have a superhuman ability to master new digital technologies, this job is for you.

Your Mission:

  • Assist in the development of measurement dashboards by collecting data from various sources.
  • Work closely with digital strategists on projects that involve websites, apps and other digital experiences.
  • Assist with digital trafficking and campaign performance and analysis.
  • Track competitor advertising through various channels.
  • Learn and use Google Analytics to assist in the analysis of website performance.

Art Director Intern

The Art Director Intern uses their powers of artistic vision to transform a blank page into a compelling visual. You will work as part of a boredom-fighting duo with the copywriter intern to create ideas for our clients that are anything but ordinary.

Your Mission:

  • Work with the creative team on a wide variety of projects, specifically in conceptualizing innovative print and digital design for clients, to support brand strategy.
  • Attend and participate in internal meetings, presentations and brainstorming sessions as directed.
  • Maintain consistency of brand look and messaging throughout all communications.

The Production Intern uses the power of multitasking to juggle multiple projects to help our team deliver stellar content that wins hearts and minds.

Your Mission:

  • Assist production team members with assigned duties.
  • Willingness to jump in on any and all types of projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a positive "can do" attitude every day.

  1. Create an Instagram video and tag @broadheadmpls to show us your powers in action. Can you do a standing backflip? Parallel-park a limo? Only eat one Lay's potato chip? Everyone has at least one superpower, and we want to see yours.
  2. Write us a one-pager about your superpower(s). Everyone has them, and we want to know how yours make you a uniquely qualified intern candidate.
  3. Attach your resume and a link to your portfolio (if you're applying for a creative position).
