      Design/Art Direction Intern

Think you might be a good fit as the design intern? The design intern believes that one well-crafted photo blog is worth a thousand WordPress pages. You are the daydreamer, the thinker staring out the car window watching the clouds float by. You’re the kind of person who insists on stopping at every scenic outlook.

      Engage Intern

The engage intern controls the map. They are the person who identifies where the road trip leads, based on the occupants of the car, to ensure everyone is receptive to each stop. Afterward, they measure all aspects of the trip: How many gallons of gas were used? How many miles were driven? How many White Castle sliders were eaten?

    • Account Servic

      Production Intern

The production intern is responsible for the feasibility of the road trip. They collaborate with the creative, account and engage interns to ensure that food and lodging estimates are within budget, that the end destination is reached on time, and that the road trip is actually possible.

      Rabbit Intern

The Rabbit intern is all about insight. They ask the big questions: Why are we going on this road trip? What do we hope to achieve? Are we finding ourselves along the way, or saving the realizations for after? They are our road trip strategist, digging for any details that could make this trip better.

Make sure you’re buckled up before you put it in drive.

Seat belt? Check. Mirrors? Check. Application? Wait.

Before you start your engine, you need to do three things by March 10th at 12:34pm:

  1. Show us how you road-trip: Tag @broadheadmpls in an Instagram video of you on a road trip. Show us your favorite coffee shop, your favorite store, where you get your hair cut. Doesn’t matter where, just make it clever and make it creative. (Bonus points if you make us laugh.)
  2. Submit a one-pager about your road trip persona. Who are you, and what makes you a great road trip partner?
  3. Send us your resume and a link to your portfolio (if you are applying for a creative position).

Double-check that you are prepared for your trip. Once you are ready to roll and have filled out the application, click submit, and we will get back to you within a few weeks.
